Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your Annotation clothes. No, we want you to be more than satisfied.  So if you are not 100% stoked about your clothes you can return them for a refund in the first week, or exchange it for another size if the fit isn't right.

If you need to exchange or return your annotation garment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If we receive the returned item within 14 days of your order date, we can offer a full refund. The garment must be unused and in perfect condition in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. If you received your annotation garment as a gift, we are happy to offer a store credit to use for next time.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.


How to do it:

Email us right away at and let us know you want to exchange or return your item. Please include your order number, item number and your reason for returning.

After receiving return authorization, please package safely ship to address provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and if the return will be accepted. 

Shipping charges are not covered by Annotation on exchanges or returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. Do not ship return parcels COD.

For international orders, be sure to indicate on the parcel “Canadian Goods Return.” We will also send you further instructions. Annotation will not refund international duties and taxes.
